Obituary of Richard “Dick” P. Francis

Richard “Dick” P. Francis, age 64, of Palm Bay, Florida, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019 at Holmes Regional Medical Center. He was born on November 9, 1955 in Saco, Maine. He was an electrician, a character with a dry sense of humor that would make everyone smile and laugh. A very giving person, who would do anything for anyone that needed help. But always to proud to ask for help. Richard will be deeply missed by his wife of 40 years, Virginia L. Francis; brother, George A. Francis Jr. (Joan); sisters, Margaret Francis, Nancy Merrill (Everett) and Barbara Bowley; many nieces, nephews and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, George A. Sr. & Theodora Francis and brother Robert A. Francis. Dick was loved by family and many friends. He will be greatly missed. A celebration of Richard “Dick” life will be held at a later time.
