Obituary of Edmund Phillip Desrochers

Our beloved husband, father and grandfather has returned home to his Father in Heaven on April 26, 2017 surrounded by his beloved family. He is survived by his loving wife Shirley; brother Raymond Desrochers; 3 children, David and his wife Jacqueline, Stephen and Denise who preceded him in death.  He is blessed with 3 stepchildren Mike, James, Theresa Allen and 2 grandchildren, David Jr. and Tiffany Desrochers. Edmund was a State Certified General Contractor who established the American Contractors Association.  He retired from the Air Force Reserve as Deputy Commander of Resources of the 482nd Tactical Fighter Wing at Homestead Air Force Base.  Edmund also retired as a Lt. Colonel after 30 years of service in the Reserve and active duty tours. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 South Hickory Street, Melbourne. Military honors will be renedered following the service.
