Marianne lived above us in our house in Queens. We are family. My parents loved Betty, John, Michael and Marianne very much. Our home was theirs. Having them live upstairs was one of my favorite childhood memories.
Family is everything. Marianne was my cousin but she was like a big sister to me. She was fun, cool and always made time for me. They all did! They love us so much and it was evident. We felt it. We were young and kids know the truth. Little kids “feel” it. We felt love, joy and trust from everyone upstairs in the Curran home. Unconditional love. True family love.
Marianne always had time for us. I would sit in her room as she got ready for work or a date. She played cool music and was funny. She always made me feel important and special. She made me feel confident too, because she was. She gave me all sorts of advice, like a sister would.
Marianne was always the same, her whole life! Beautiful, funny, giving and always happy to see you! I will miss her so much.
Marianne left us all too soon. God has his plan.
I know she is at peace. She has forever touched my life and she is in my heart & on my mind always. She is a part of me. My beautiful Cousin, I love you. I will see you again one day in Heaven.
Love, Rea ❤

Dear Ray, i was so sad to hear of Mariannes passing. She was so full of life and the stories she told still make me laugh, who knew what a drop of visine in a drink does to a lousy tipper. My condolences to you and your family. May Marianne Rest In Peace . Kevin and Sharon
