Obituary of Nellie Marie Wilcox Hutsell

Nellie Marie Wilcox Hutsell, surrounded by loved ones, departed the physical world Friday evening, February 26, 2016, to join our Heavenly Father. Nellie will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Terry Coon (Robert) of Cochranton, PA, Sherry Donnell of Erie, PA, Carrie J Thomas of Palm Bay, FL, and Betsy Hutsell of Palm Bay, FL. Nellie will also be lovingly remembered by her siblings, Clara Belle Risjan of Waterford, PA, Barbara Jean Yatzor of Helena, AL, Lelah Kieffer of Melbourne, FL, Russell Wilcox of Carlisle, PA, Albert Wilcox of Beechgrove, TN, and George Wilcox of Waterford, PA; ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and her closet most precious lifelong friend Betty Malec of Edinboro, PA. Nellie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert D. Wilcox and Helen Dorman Wilcox; husband, Cyril B. Hutsell; son Robert R. Hutsell; grandson Aaron Hanna; sister Anna Wilcox Palevich Conklin, and a son-in-law Patrick Donnell. Nellie was born at home and raised in Waterford, PA. She was an extremely hard worker providing for herself and her five children. Nellie leaves a legacy to her children in all that she taught them. From doing simple household chores to that of fixing leaky faucets, replacing hot water heaters, and many other do it yourself repairs for money was minimal. Mom was also a very crafty individual providing tons of fun around the holidays. She thoroughly enjoyed fishing and playing sports. At the age of 82, Mom was still outside pitching baseballs to her great grandsons. Memories to last a lifetime.
