Obituary of James Ramsey Francher

James Ramsey Francher, of Merritt Island, Florida, passed away on December 11, 2019 after a brief battle with cancer. He was born in Pontiac, Michigan on May 21, 1956 and served in the USAF. For more than 35 years, he operated businesses in the construction industry. Jim was well known for his design prowess at work and his sense of humor in life. He is survived by his sister, two brothers, nieces, nephews, and countless friends across the country.
