Obituary of Willard B. Lewis

Willard B. Lewis, age 84, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2018. He was born on February 14, 1934 in Sandy Hook, Kentucky to the late David and Dosha (Caudill) Lewis. He is survived by his partner Virginia Wilson; daughter Debbie O’Neal; daughter Dosha Blaker; grandchildren Sean, Nicole and Kim; great grandchildren Kyliegh, Austin, Celton and Harper; sister Roberta McKenzie and Gwen Richards.
