Obituary of Therese Jane Estabrook Reid

~~ Palm Bay ~~ Therese “Terry” Reid passed into God’s Loving Hands on Sunday Morning, June 10, 2018 at 9:30 AM to the recital of the 23rd Psalm, and Amazing Grace. Born in Bronx, NY on April 20, 1935, Terry is the oldest of 4 children. She Graduated from Hempstead HS, Long Island, NY. She Married Norman Reid, Sept 25,1954, in Levittown, NY. They had 2 children and moved to Florida with the Apollo Space Program in 1966. She worked her last 20 years at Grumman Aerospace in Stuart, Fla., as an administrative secretary. They were married 62 years, when Norman passed in 2016. Terry is survived by her sister Jane (Jim) Kelly; sister in law Barbara (John) Burns; daughter Kathy (Tom) Beers; son Norman V. Reid; grandson Thomas, (Lauren) & daughter, Charlotte Beers; grandson Christopher & sons Brody & Bryant Beers, girlfriend Christine Cook & son Bryce; Michael (Sheldon) Beers, and many more family & friends that she loved so much. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 1710 Hickory St., Melbourne, 724-3636.
