Obituary of Roland F. Brine

Roland F. Brine, age 90, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016. He was born May 15, 1925 in Denmark, Maine, the son of Arthur and Laura Osgood Brine. Roland was a navy veteran of World War II. He moved to Melbourne, Florida where he owned and operated a barbershop until his retirement. He was an avid NASCAR fan and was extremely active, out visiting friends and shopping every day until two weeks before he passed away. Roland was also a dog lover and a dedicated member of The Humane Society. He was well respected by all and will truly be missed. He is survived by his daughter Deborah Seymour of Melbourne, Florida; and best friends Ellie Manley, Patti Brown, Shaun Compton, and Kyle Brown of Melbourne, Florida.Services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 U.S. Hwy 1, Mims 32754.Donations can be made to the Humane Society of the United States.
