He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Rita Arens Bernard and six sons Thomas E. of Tampa, FL, Jeffrey M. of Rockledge, FL, William J. of New Waverly, TX, Benedict W. of Vienna, OH, Theodore M. of Fort Collins, CO and Matthew P. of Amherst, OH; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Judge Anthony M. and sister Marie B. Daniels. Arrangements entrusted to Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1286 S. US1, Rockledge, FL. A Funeral Mass is at 11:00 am on Monday, April 14, 2014 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1136 Seminole Drive, Rockledge, FL.
