Obituary of William “Bill” C. Schluessell

William “Bill” C. Schluessell, age 93, from Melbourne, Florida, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 in Palm Bay, Florida. William was born on July 3, 1925 in Bronx, New York to the late Walter Schluessell and Maxine Rogers. On August 9, 1985 he married Phyllis Thieling in Palm Bay, Florida. William enlisted into the Army in 1943 and later into the United States Air Force where he served his country from 1943 to 1972. Much of his time was spent overseas including Normandy, WW II, and Vietnam, and several other countries. William is survived by his wife, Phyllis; daughter, Allis (James) Corbin; granddaughter and great granddaughters. He was preceded in death by a daughter Trudy.
