Wally was a giant of a man, greatly respected with a smile on his face each time you greeted him. He seemed to know everyone and everyone knew Wally. Yes he was a giant of a man. Wally, rest in peace and may your peace be eternal.

I always admired Wally’s work methods and how he could influence people in a most positive way. I enjoyed his friendship and his big smile! As I used to say, he always gave me the impression that he liked me (a good feeling)! Thanks Wally.

I was so saddened to hear of Wally’s passing. He was such a kind dear man. I enjoyed our chitchats when I was over to the house. He would show me his latest portrait he was drawing. So very talented. I will miss that sweet jolly laugh and those bear hugs. I pray for peace and comfort for the family.

We lost a great man.
Wally was like a second father to me and he mentored me for many years. He generously shared his wisdom and experience with me. Wally had a way of making everyone’s day brighter with his huge smile and that great laugh of his. He was a friend to everyone he met. He was a such a positive force and he made a huge impact on so many people. He will be missed so very much, but his legacy of loyalty, work ethic, and zest for life will stay with us forever. We are keeping the Tubell family in our prayers.

My most heartfelt sympathy to Wally’s dear family. Wally was a wonderful relative. He was kind, warm and caring. I enjoyed his artistic renderings of the Shory family members. He will be missed greatly, even though we didn’t get to see him much since Aunt Mamie’s death. I am Lena Adams Cook’s oldest daughter.
