Obituary of RET Jerry Fulton Sandy

SMSGT RET Jerry Fulton Sandy, 76, of Palm Bay, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on January 14, 2018. Jerry was born in McAllen, Texas. Jerry had a 30 year career in the Air Force serving in the Vietnam War. He was stationed many places but his love of Japan was the favorite on his list of countries. After he retired from the Air Force he worked at Boeing, Martin Marietta and then finally retired from Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Logistics Engineer. Jerry was an avid reader enjoying a variety of topics. He sailed and power boated locally and trained dogs at the Indian River Dog Training Club. Jerry is survived by his wife Loretta of 30 years, his daughters Vickie Staggs, Kim Murphy, sons Travis Sandy, David Williams; step children Holly Copeman, Lauri Conlon and James Conlon. He has joined his daughter Valerie Kassen in Heaven. A celebration of life will be held June 24th at the Greater Palm Bay Senior Center from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
