Our deepest sympathies go out to you and your family during this difficult period. May you find the comfort and peace that you seek. Mary Jane was beautiful inside and out. She brought her own sunshine everywhere she went. She made you look forward to seeing her, and she made it hurt to watch her leave. I feel sorry for all the people who didn’t get the chance to know her. They missed out on a lot. You were very blessed to have her for as long as you did. Monty and I know the bone-deep exhaustion the comes from being a caregiver. We also know the feeling of shame associated with the relief that comes from the death of one we loved and cherished.
