Myron and Greg, it was our great privilege to have Jo Ella as our “grandma” at Pat’s Place. She will always have a special place in my heart as well as many of our employees through the years. The kids all loved her and she will be sadly missed. We are thankful the suffering, for her, has ended. We love you both as family and pray for you, the peace that only God, our loving Father can give. Thank you for sharing her with us. Patti & John

I met Jo Ella 19 years ago at Indian Trails Tennis Club in Vero Beach. She saw the potential in my tennis game, took me under her wing and we became friends.
From that day on she became my Mentor. She taught me the fundamentals of the game and most importantly, tennis etiquette
We played together in club tournaments, USTA team tennis and the Ladies Grande Dames . She was famous for her delicate drop shot and strategic lobs. She loved tennis and the tennis community loved her.
Jo Ells will be remembered most by helping others, her generosity, and love for her family and friends
She was inspiration to me and changed my life. I will always remember her advice she gave me both on and off the court.
I will miss her, but know she is in good hands now with the Lord.

Greg, so very sorry for your loss and the loss to your family. We know the past year has been a very difficult time for you and all concerned. The on line obit was very well done and it was obvious that your mother had a long and exciting life for the most part. Sometimes it is a blessing when the suffering ends. I am sure your mother will be in a better place where there is no more suffering.
Greg, your condolence was an excellent expression of your love for your mother and for your father also. May God bless you and yours.

Mother: We took care of you just like you did your Sister Myra when she came down with dementia. It was tough watching you suffer this year. I certainly will take care of my Father the same way we took care of you. Dad and I both had assistance from some great people along the way. Peter & Gina cared for you like family and I know they will miss you. Donna, who took care of you before Pete & Gina, has certainly been there for me and my Father many times. I also give my Thanks to Bill McCaslin, my Fathers long time friend who has always been there for all of us at one time or another. Mother, while we can no longer see you, the suffering has ended, and you are in a better place. May each one of us have the courage and strength to fight to the end like you did from a disease that takes a toll on everyone involved. I Love you and will miss you forever, your Son Greg.

To the Family,
May Jehovah God who is the God of Comfort grant you peace at this most difficult time. I am truly sorry that you lost your dear loved one. Please take comfort in the words at Revelation 21:4 that gives a sure promise that God will wipe all tears from our eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. I pray that you all will be comforted and strengthened by God’s word.
