Obituary of Nivia Edith Hernandez

Nivia Edith Hernandez, 69, died at home with her family on April 2, 2014. She was born September 21, 1944 in Cidra, Puerto Rico to Wenseslao and Herminia Santos Figueroa. Her family includes her husband of 50 years, Jovino; sons, Danny (Michelle) Hernandez and Jovino (Azmath) Hernandez; mother, Herminia; sister, Maria; grandchildren, Brian, Crystal, Shay, Adil, Asma, Zaid, Zain, Roma and Saif. She was preceded in death by her father, Wenseslao; brother, Luis and sister, Aurea. Nivia was a member of Ascension Catholic Church and moved here in 1978 from Elmendorf AFB Alaska. Nivia enjoyed raising her family, the company of friends, and the joys of being a loving grandparent with her husband, Jovino. Harbor City Blvd., Melbourne.
