Rest In Peace Cliff, Love to Penny & family and friends in FL as well as in his home state PA. What a terrific brother in law Cliff was. Loved when Kristen and I took him shopping to a jewelry store to pick out something special for Penny. We lead him but he did the choosing. I will never forget that shopping trip. Something nice for Valentine’s Day was his goal. Penny & Cliffy had that special something and were very lucky to find it. Love…..Jody

Cliffy was a great neighbor and friend. Paul and I only have know him and Penny for a few years, but it was a gift to know this great man. He was fun to be around and always made us laugh, often at times when it was so needed. Cliffy, you had to leave us way too soon, but we hope to meet you in heaven again some day and laugh all we want. You will never be forgotten! My heart is with my friend Penny and her family praying for Gods grace and comfort to surround them through this great loss. Lots of love and hugs.

I will always remember Cliff’s easy smile. He has been a hero to me ever since he adopted Casey when we couldn’t take care of her anymore. There must be a wall in Heaven in need of repair with solid, strong hands. He will be missed and remembered.

My next door neighbor Cliff will be remembered fondly by his friends, neighbors and Legion buddies. His sense of humor and easy laugh made him a good guy to be around, and his block, brick, and stone work around the neighborhood, at the legion, at Penn State, and around Pennsylvania will stand as his monument. Rest in Peace Cliff.
