I just found out that Sandy has passed. She and Dick were such an important part of our life when we arrived in Florida. She was such a loving soul and will always be near to our hearts.

For many years Dick and Sandy were our closest friends. We spent many wonderful times and made many wonderful memories together.
Time marches on and we lose our friends. It’s to be expected but that doesn’t make it any easier. There are lyrics to a song that says
“memories are a gift of God that time cannot erase” so we take these memories tour own final breath.

Sandi and I went back a long time! Class of 1955, Sterling Township High School in Sterling, IL. She sang Bass and I sang Lead in the girls’ barbershop quartet. A lot of years passed and we rekindled or relationship – visited each other across the US – traveled together – spent hours on the telephone – laughed…a lot! I will miss her…a lot!

a friend of hers for life. And she had a lot of friends. And
I heard a lot of things about her sons who she cared about. My prayers and sympathy to the family.

Sandy was the best next door neighbor I ever had. She was always happy and positive. So thankful I had the privilege to get to know her.

Sandy was such a strong empowering woman and a big influence on my life. I will miss our phone conversations and her birthday cards. We were separated by distance but our love and friendship was so very close. I am so sorry for your loss Bob & Todd, her love for you was endless, she was so proud of “her boys”
RIP sweet Sandy.
Love, Tracey
