Obituary of Kenneth Alan McCartney

Kenneth Alan McCartney passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Holmes Cancer Center, in Melbourne, FL.  He was always the life of the party and his smile was infectious. He made friends where ever he went.  He will be dearly missed by many. Kenneth A. McCartney was born in Syracuse, NY to Richard P. & Barbara A. McCartney on December 27th, 1960.  Kenneth is preceded in death by both of his parents and his wife, Cheryl (Walter) McCartney. Kenneth is survived by his children, Kenneth Jr., Richard (Jamie) Walter, and Amanda Walter.  His three sisters, Charla Crossway, Becky Sreca, and Bobbie-Jo Davern.  His Mother-in-law Carol Pascal. Four Grandchildren. He will be laid to rest (TBD) in the Spring at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Volney, New York next to his beloved wife Cheryl. The family of Kenneth would like to extend our thanks to his many doctors most recent, Dr. Craig Badalato.  His case worker from Comprehensive Health Services, Christian for all he had done for him since moving to FL.
