Obituary of Walter James Rickard

Walter J. Rickard Sr., 43, passed away on March 27, 2018. He was born on February 16, 1975 in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is survived by his Wife Alison Alvarez, Daughter Kayla Buis, Sons Walter Jr. and Vincent Rickard, Grandson Seth Buis; Mother Deborah Rickard, Father Leonard J. Rickard, Jr, Brothers Timothy Rickard and Leonard J. Rickard III. As well as Father and Mother-in-law Alfredo and Awilda Alvarez, Brother and Sister-in-law Brian and Tiffany Alvarez. Broken Chain (Original) We little knew the day that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, In death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you But  you didn’t go alone. For part of us went with you The day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories. Your love is still our guide, And though we cannot see you You are always at our side. Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same, but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again.
