He is survived by his mother, Kathy Nelson; step father, Jim Nelson of Palm Bay, FL; father, Jerry Weeks of Lauden, NH; daughter, Jailynn Weeks and best friend and mother of his child Beth Kitchen of Fort Pierce, FL.
