Obituary of Loretta Mae Clendenin
Loretta Mae Clendenin, 78, died on Friday, November 3, 2017 in Palm Bay, Florida.
Born on May 10, 1939, the only child of Jessie and Mildred (Speary) Campbell. Loretta was born and raised in Whitman, West Virginia, attended school in Logan, West Virginia, and later worked as a bookkeeper for her husband’s trucking company.
Loretta was a woman of deep Christian faith and a beloved wife and mother.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Chester L. Clendenin; daughters Cheretta R. Manov (husband Svilen A. Manov), Ruth R. Menendez (husband Carlos A. Menendez); grandchildren Michele R. Rueff, Ronald K. Rueff (wife Jessica R. Rueff), Timothy J. Menendez, Jennifer L. Knox (husband Tyler S. Knox), Angelique R. Manov, and Lorita S. Atanasov; great grandchildren Julia M. Chickonski, Zoie R. Rueff, Lauren T. Yarkosky, Kali R. Rueff, Emme R. Rueff, Zane K. Rueff and Alexander S. Atanasov; best friends Eric and Lulu Hands and her angel Manette Lindberg.
There will be a celebration of life will be at 12 Noon on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Lakes of Melbourne Clubhouse,, 4000 Hollywood Boulevard, Melbourne, Florida.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Brevard Alzheimer Foundation.
