I really enjoyed the time I got to spend with Wiser. He was a terrific person and an even better friend. He’ll be dearly missed.

I met you once years ago and you were the life of the party. Everyone in attendance gravitated towards you. It’s you mischievous smile and gentle heart that I’ll remember and miss most. You were one of a kind, Wiser. Rest peacefully.

It’s hard letting go of a friend when they mean so much to you. Life can be so cruel taking away those we love too soon. In all honesty, anytime would have been too soon. We can only take solace in knowing you are no longer in pain and that we will see you again. God speed.
For Wiser’s (Don) Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Wiser was a great friend to many online. Unfortunately, I live with the regret that my family never got to meet him in person although we were friends for many, many years. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times he would cheer up my day with his rotten ornery antics and teasing.

RIP Donald, you will be missed, I enjoyed the camping trips to Rudd Pond when our children were young, and we will never forget the day Jimmy drove your car for the first time at age 3. We had good times.
