Obituary of Gwen Lee Taylor

Gwen Lee Taylor, 79, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Born in Sistersville, West Virginia. She moved to West Melbourne in 2016 from North Carolina. A devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. Her family includes her daughter, Sarah McClamroch of West Melbourne, Fl.; son, Jimmie Howell and his wife Elizabeth of Lynn, Fl.; son, Johnny Howell and his wife Lois of Brooksville, Fl.; son, David Taylor of West Melbourne, Fl.,; great grandson, James Bell of West Melbourne, Fl.; five grandchildren, Stephanie, Joey, Tonya, Joseph and Joshua; twelve great grandchildren, James, Ashley, Brianna, Joshua, Beau, Brendan, Jayton, Nha’kari, Aldorai, Aries, and Tryen. Gwen was preceded in death by her loving husband of almost 50 years, Ret. Msgt. John David Taylor; her mother, Margaret Silliman and two sisters, Dorothy Humme and Betty Cronin. Visitation will be from 5 – 7 p.m. in Friday, October 4th. Services are scheduled for the following day at 2 p.m.. The visitation ans service is being held at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 S. Hickory St., Melbourne.
