Obituary of James Earl Kreiner
James Earl Kreiner of Palm Bay, Florida went to heaven on March 2, 2017 after a long, brave fight with cancer.
Jim was born on January 13, 1944 to parents Betty and Harvey Kreiner in Akron, Ohio. He graduated from Melbourne High School in 1962, where he met his wife Pat Laird Kreiner to whom he faithfully devoted more than 51 years of marriage.
Jim was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Marine Corps. After his service to our country, he attended Nashville Diesel College in Nashville, TN, where he and his family lived for 14 years before returning to Florida.
Jim was a wonderful father to his three children; Kamie, Kristina, and Keith and a terrific grandfather to his five grandchildren; Tony, Tom, Nicholas, Jacob, and Kendell. He is also survived by his sister Joni and many loving friends, as well as his two loving beagles.
During his time he enjoyed a career in the automotive industry becoming a successful mechanic and business owner. He was an avid car racing fan and dedicated fan to the Minnesota Vikings.
A celebration of Jim’s life is planned for March 10, 2017 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US Highway 1, Mims, Florida at 12:30pm. In Jim’s honor, please wear purple to the service.
