Obituary of Concetta D’Agati Montalto

Concetta D’ Agati Montalto, 85, of West Melbourne, Florida died on April 7, 2018 at Smithtown Center for Rehab in Smithtown, New York. She was born in Villabate-Palermo, Italy on May 25, 1932 to Girolamo and Antonia Vitale D’Agati. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. Her family includes her son Joe Montalto; daughter Grace Lofmark; grandchildren Joseph, Michelle, Christina, Andrea and Matthew; great grandsons Leo and Nic. She was preceded in death by her husband Luigi Montalto on June 19, 2003. Calling hours will be Sunday, April 15, 2018 fro 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 S. Hickory Street, Melbourne, Florida. Her Funeral Mass will be on Monday. April 16, 2018 at 1:00 pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5310 Babcock Street, NE, Palm Bay, Florida.
