It’s very hard to imagine saying goodbye to a man who has made such an indelible mark on my life. But it makes me smile to know that there is so much of you in me, and in my family. You gave me life skills, you gave me people skills, and you gave me life lessons, all of which I pass on to my own children. You gently called me out, when you knew I was capable of more. And you loved my Mother the way she deserves to be loved. I’m so grateful for all the memories, all the laughter, and all the lessons. I wouldn’t be the man I am today without you.
