Obituary of Peggy Dillon

~ Palm Bay, Florida ~ Peggy Jean Dillon, 65, died on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Palm Bay Hospital after battling a long illness. Peggy was born March 31, 1953 in Sacramento, California to Norman and Lettie Herrington. In 1976 she enlisted in the US Air Force and served 10 years until 1986. She and her family moved to Florida in 1989 to be close to her sister. Peggy had a huge heart, a wonderful sense of humor and wit about her that will be missed by those close to her. Peggy is survived by her children, Joshua Harwood, Jeremy Harwood and Justin Dillon; her sister, Norma Earline Lindon. She is further survived by nieces and nephews in Florida and California and their children who all miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman Earl Herrington and Lettie Pauline Herrington, as well as, her sister Cynthia Gail Herrington. Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 6 p.m. at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 S. Hickory St. in Melbourne.
