Obituary of Frederick Alesio
Frederick “Fred” Alesio, 94, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016. He was born in Randolph, MA to Hugo and Louise (Notorio) Alesio three days before Christmas in 1921. Fred was a long time resident of Brockton, MA, before permanently relocating to Melbourne in 2011.
Fred owned and operated a plumbing and heating business prior to retiring. Although a resident of the Boston area, he was an ardent New York Yankees fan. Fred could frequently be seen tripping the light fantastic at local dances and enjoyed the company of friends at a nearby McDonalds on standing dates each Friday and Sunday evening.
He leaves behind his dear friend Nancy Toney; sister Mary Marinaro and brother Guido, all of Melbourne; and daughter-in-law Diane Anania along with her four daughters of Bridgewater, MA. Fred was preceded in death by his wife Blanche; son Tom Anania; brothers Alfred and Albert; sisters Ann Wohlen and Betty McCauley, all of Massachusetts.
Arrangements entrusted to Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, Melbourne, 724-2222.His celebration of life will be held Sunday, March 20, 2016, at 2:00pm at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 S.
