Obituary of John Harold Pfaffenberger

John Harold Pfaffenberger, age 93, died at Cedar Creek Life Center in Merritt Island, Florida on Friday, January 2, 2015 Born November 1, 1921, in Seymour, Indiana. John was the firstborn son of John George Pfaffenberger and Mabel Farrier Pfaffenberger. His life career was working for the Pennsylvania Railroad, the Penn-Central Railroad and the Norfolk & Western Railroad. John retired and lived many years in Naples, Fl doing what he loved best, fishing. He also served his country honorably in WWII as a tail-gunner in a B24. He is survived by a daughter, Robbie Linda Sell and husband Daniel, and a step daughter, Patricia Murray and husband Henry, and his sister, Melba Jean Clark. John was a proud grandfather and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Robbie, three brothers, Clifford, Joseph and Kenneth, and a step son, Robert Quates.
