Mary Florine Ann McAvoy, 70, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2017. Florine was born on February 4, 1947 in Calias, ME to the late Fredrick and Julie (Babino) Bass. She lived in Port Charlotte, FL for 25 years before moving to Palm Bay. Her family includes her husband, Wayne J. McAvoy Sr., whom she married on May 1, 1965; sons and daughters in law Wayne J. Jr. and Ann McAvoy of Englewood, FL, Tony A. and Sandra McAvoy of Clearfield, UT and Troy F. and Janeen McAvoy of Palm Bay, FL; brothers Vincent Bass of Bradenton, FL and Norman Bass of Omaha, NE; sister Catherine Frost of Clinton, MA; grandchildren Rachael McAvoy of Palm Bay, FL, Daytona Dey of Plant City, FL and Valentina Chaloupka of Surry, NC and her faithful service dog Bella. Services will be private.
