Obituary of Betty Lois White-Norton

Betty Norton was born in Chesterfield, South Carolina on January 17, 1925.
She moved to Florida with her parents in 1930 and went to work for Avon Park Military facility in 1942 where she met her husband Howard Kellum Norton. She was married for many years and has 2 sons – David Kellum Norton and Terry Michael Norton.
She was a military spouse and traveled the United States in support of her husband. She was an avid gardener, china painter, and cross word puzzler.
She lived in Titusville, Florida from 1976 until she moved to Sonata Viera Assisted Living Facility in Melbourne, Florida. She LOVED living at Sonata.
She is survived by her two sons, David and Terry; daughter-in-law, Diane; 6 grandsons, Bryon, Barry, Eric, Mitchell, Michael and Matthew; 2 great grandchildren, Oliver and Evelyn. She will be buried near her husband and mother in Lakeside Memorial Park in Winter Haven, Florida.
A Graveside Service is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Lakeside Memorial Park, located at US Highway 17, Winter Haven, Florida 33880.
