Dear Farrell Family,
I must say it was a pleasure knowing Joe, always pleasant even when he was having a bad day. I knew thru the oil industry as a rep and then also as a coleage when we both worked at Santa Fuel. Even though I had not seen him in many years he still was a part of many conversations that I had with others who spoke of him fondly. He will be missed, and my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Linda,
When I was in Middle school, Fowler, in Shelton, CT, I had a great friend and his name was Joey Farrell. I have lost track of him over the years but can not help but wonder if this is my old friend. What makes me think so is all of the wonderful messages you have received from his and your many friends. This is the kind of man that I think my friend would have been. I hope you find comfort in all of the memories that you and Joe made together.
I know he will be greatly missed.
