Obituary of Carmen Margarita Llorens Arzan
Carmen Margarita Llorens Arzan, passed away peacefully on Monday June 24, 2019.
Born in Santurce, Puerto Rico in 1941, she grew up in Manati with her parents Carlos E. Llorens Sanchez and Carmen E. Arzan Pagola.
She later lived with her husband and children in Bayamon, Puerto Rico for many years. She moved to Palm Bay Florida in September of 2014 where she lived with her husband Hector Pinzon Freytes and her beloved dog Benji.
An artist and artisanal craftswoman she worked for many years in Puerto Rico’s capital in the tourism industry in the famous Old San Juan. A master in the art of ceramics she gave classes from her home and loved to create beautiful pieces for other’s special events. She was a devoted daughter and cared for her bed-bound father for over 19 years.
Her last years were filled with love and new adventures in the state of Florida surrounded by her family and grandchildren. A faithful member of Jornada Church she was loved by all who knew her for her sense of humor and spunky personality.
She is survived by her sister, Marta Raquel Llorens Arzan and family. Her husband Hector Pinzon Freytes, two children, Brenda M. Caban (Pinzon Llorens) and Hector E. Pinzon Llorens and her grandchildren Limary Caban Pinzon, Madeline Y. Pinzon, Omayra Caban Pinzon, Eli Caban Pinzon, Hector Luis Pinzon, Mia Soleil Pinzon, Lia Pinzon and her great-granddog Gracie Lou Caban.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday June 28, 2019 at 6:30PM at The House Church located at 1520 Bottlebrush Dr. NE Palm Bay, FL 32905.
