Dear Family,
Today as I was speaking with my mother, Gordon and Lorraine Gott came to my mind. My family and your family were friends many years ago when we lived in Dade County. Gordie and I are the same age. I remember when Brian was born but not when Kimberly came along. I am so sorry for the loss of your parents. I remember them as really sweet people. So sad that our families lost touch. Hope things have otherwise gone well for you all over the years. Would love to hear from you. We aren’t that far apart. Sincerely, Melanie

Gordon was all about god, family and country, three mainstays in his life. He was not only “papa” to his kids, grandkids and great grandkids, but everyone he met.
He was the best father in law I ever had…. and the only one! He will be missed greatly!

So many good times to remember and cherish. He always made us laugh. We were his neighbors for many years. When we first met, I asked him about the two brown spots in his back yard, rectangular in shape with dead grass. He explained that they were his dead wife 1 and wife 2. I did not know about septic tanks at that time and he had me going there. He would try and pull my leg on several occasions. I will dearly miss him.
