Obituary of Ret. Colonel Howard Valentine Keighler

Ret. Colonel Howard Valentine Keighler, III, age 82, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2019. He was born on November 5, 1936 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Howard and Ethelyn Keighler, both whom preceded him in death. Howard was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He loved to fish, golf and he enjoyed football. He was the founder of K’s Vertical Blinds in Palm Bay, Florida. He is survived by his wife, Alice, and children Evelyn, Dean, Paula, Janiece, Joseph and Kathrine; nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Howard was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Jasemine Denise. Howard will be laid to rest with full military honors at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019.
