I would like to send condolences to the family of D. D., even though we had lost touch of him since he grew up. We had three sons, and D. D. was a best friend of one of them, and almost like a “fourth” son to our family. They attended Eau Gallie High School together and almost every day he would walk home with my son, and he also attended church with us quite a bit. He was from a fine family who loved him very much. He was a very generous person, and a very “witty” person who always kept everyone laughing. I am sorry we did not keep in touch, but our sons married and they all drifted apart, but we have happy memories of those days, and hope D.D. is at peace now.
