Obituary of Ronald Marcel Lafontaine

Ronald Marcel Lafontaine, 72, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017. He was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island on May 27, 1945 to the late Raoul and Anita Lafontaine. Ronald served his country proudly as a soldier in the United States Army earning a commendation medal for his service in the Vietnam War. He loved to travel and see all the beautiful places here in the United States. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Lucille Lafontaine; daughter Tricia Letendre Jones; four sisters, Muriel Lafontaine, Doris Bachand, Connie Pelquin and Lorraine Long; two brothers, Norman and Roger Lafontaine; grandchildren Nicholas and Breanna. Services will be held at 11:30am on Friday, June 16 at the South Patrick Chapel, 88 Harrier Ave, Satellite Beach. Donations in Ronald’s memory can be made to the Fisher House Foundation
