Obituary of Shirley Jean Fulton
Remembrance of Shirley
Shirley J. Fulton, 77, of Melbourne, passed away on Wednesday, July 25th 2018, in the presence of her loved ones. Wife of the late Robert “Bob” M. Fulton, she is survived by her two close nephews, Steve and Ken, and her beloved “boys”, her puppies Buddy and Lucky.
A well-known socially active and giving community member, Shirley supported numerous charitable organizations, particularly those caring for animals and wildlife. Her love for poetry, art, literature, music, shopping, cruising and cuisine brought great joy to her life – which she generously shared with those around her.
The sense of humor and contagious laughter Shirley had, always gave happiness to the people she knew, and the strangers she met along her path.
In her later years, Shirley became involved with a local church, The Church in the Wild, providing comfort to its members through her singing, refreshments and organizing of the Praise Band.
In celebrating her memory, please join “Friends of Shirley” on Friday, August 3rd 2018, from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Irene Canova Beach Park, located at 2285 Florida A1A, Indian Harbour Beach, FL .
