Obituary of Gary E. Brooks

Gary E. Brooks, 74 of Vero Beach, passed away on Monday, November 18, 2019. He was born November 8, 1945 in Peoria IL to Robert and Inda Loca (Branscum) Brooks. He is survived by his son, Jeff Brooks of Illinois. He is also survived by eight siblings; Vi Montgomery of Washington IL, Elizabeth Willy of Washington IL, Ken Brooks of Sebastian FL, Donna Griffith of Peoria IL, Ron Brooks of Lakeland FL, Frank Brooks of Pekin IL, Sandy Parks of Dunfermline IL, and Ed Brooks of Bartonville IL. His parents and four brothers preceded him in death. Services will be held at a later date, with a celebration of life to be held in Peoria, IL in the summer. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
