My condolences to you and your family in this hard time. I want to share comforting scriptures with you that have helped me with loss. Revelation 21:4 “God will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be any more” one day Jehovah God will take away pain and death forever on a paradise earth. Psalms 34:18 “Jehovah is near to the broken at heart” theres more information on hope for our loved ones that have passed away in death on JW.org

I worked for Ron briefly when Harris decided to abandon their efforts to develop fiber optic communications for the telephone industry. Ron provided excellent leadership for our small group of engineers researching ways to send secure messages across open communications networks.
I enjoyed working for Ron and he helped guide me to a position supporting a long term secure program at Government Information Systems Division out at Wickham road. I was sorry not to have run into Ron again during the many years I worked at GISD, and am sad to hear that he has passed on. However I am happy to learn that he had a long happy marriage and lovely extended family life during these past almost 40 years since we met.
Best wishes to Sheila, all his family, and to you too Jory. Chris Reynolds

Ron and I worked together at Harris Corporation for many years. I was Ron’s Secretary for 10 years of my career. We worked diligently, but with Ron’s keen sense of humor we always enjoyed working as a team. Over the years, we became very good friends and continued our friendship beyond our years at Harris. In Ron’s later years, and while at the Assisted Living Facility, we shared many wonderful visits together. Ron, you have a wonderful wife, Sheila; and are very blessed with a great family circle with whom I send my sincere condolences. I will miss you greatly, and you will always be in my heart!
Love and blessings, Jori and Jon Hughes

Ronald and I became friends in junior high and dated in senior high. He was such a fun loving and nice boy. He had a wonderful sense of humor, the loudest laugh in the world, but was a true friend to so many. He will be missed greatly by so many. Goodbye my friend. You will always be a part of my life and my heart.

I worked with Ron at Harris for several years. He was a tireless worker and good engineer. Sheila, Ron, my wife Irene and I enjoyed some travel together in England, Belgium and Holland. I remember that I would drive the rental car on these trips and Ron, as navigator, almost always got us lost. He’ll be missed.

My name is Richard Pitts, I knew and worked with Ron at Radiation/Harris many years ago on Air Traffic Control Program’s and new business pursuits. It was a long time ago but I remember him as an excellent engineer and a pleasure to work with. My condolences to his wife and family. I have reached out to others that knew him so that I my refresh my memory on all the things we worked on together. The Air Traffic Control Programs we developed are still in use today, his legacy lives on.
