Obituary of Carol Ann Tibbetts

Carol Ann (Clark) Tibbetts, 79, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018. Born in Mobile, Alabama she moved to Merritt Island in 1968 from Lacombe, Louisiana. Carol retired as the Real Property Officer for Kennedy Space Center. She loved music. Singing and playing the piano or organ were always a part of her life. Carol is survived by her daughter, Margi Starkey and her husband Jesse; son, Phillip Tibbetts, Jr. and his wife Tracy; grandchildren, Brandy Starkey, A.J. Starkey, Joshua Starkey, Taylor Tibbetts and P.J. Tibbetts; great-grandchildren, Memphis and Braylon. She is also survived by her companion of 10 years, Louis Puglisi. A celebration of life will be at 11am on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at MiChurch located at 1750 N. Courtenay Parkway in Merritt Island. A reception will immediately follow.
