Obituary of Beverly S. Brock

Beverly Spofford Brock, a long-time resident of the Melbourne are, died Monday the 27th of February. Born in 1935 in Lewiston, Maine, Beverly moved to Miami, Florida in the mid-1950's and worked for Southern Bell, where she met her husband, Robert William "Bill" Brock. Beverly spent the majority of her married life as a housewife, raising two boys, Stephen and Robert. When her boys were grown, Beverly transferred her homemaking skills outside the house and began a second career helping families care for their children and their elderly parents. She loved caring for others, and did so until her last day. She is survived by her husband and her two grown children, all of whom live in Florida; her sister, Claire; and her nephews Robert,Charles,Jimmy & Johnny Celi. She will be missed!
