Obituary of Troy Tyrone Lind

Troy Tyrone Lind was born in Gainesville, Florida on October 12,1971 to William +óGé¼+ôBill+óGé¼-¥ Lind and Rosemary Barhite Lind-Lingerfelt. Troy attended and was baptized under the direction of Calvary Chapel of Melbourne in Florida. He spent his younger years growing up in Florida and Georgia but his heart remained with his roots in Florida where he often returned. He also returned to Oklahoma may times and had plans on returning next year. Troy was always active. He enjoyed fishing, boating, jet skiing, body surfing, snorkeling; anything to do with the water. He served on the CCM church baseball team for several seasons. He delighted in making people laugh and worked hard to bring a smile or joy to another person. He loved life. HE was a true friend. Those who knew him loved him. Troy delighted in being self-employed as a Hot Tub Technician serving Brevard and Indian River Counties in Florida for ten years and Tulsa County and surrounding areas in Oklahoma for three plus years. He began this specialized field as a Hot Tub Salesman in Tulsa, Oklahoma and continued his growth of knowledge with like-minded friends. Troy had a history in other areas of employment and interest. Whatever the venture, he gave everything to succeed. Troy passed away on May 13, 2015 at 11:29 am at the Palm Bay Hospital in Palm Bay, Florida. As heart-breaking as his passing and too early, God was merciful in the lack of suffering and Troy’s departure to Heaven was swift and painless. Troy was preceded in death by his father, Bill Lind. Survivors are: Wife, Jessica Lind of two years of Florida Mother, Rosemary Lingerfelt of Georgia; Sister, Darla Sanchez of Oklahoma; Brother, Wayne Lind of Tennessee; Sister, Victoria Lingerfelt of Georgia; Son, Preston Lind of Oklahoma; Son, Chandler Lind of Florida; Daughter Jillian Lind of Oklahoma; Grandchild, Amelia Rose Lind; Several nieces, nephews and grand-nephews. Troy loved his family, children and step- children with everything he had. He provided friendship along with parenthood. Troy will be remembered.
