Obituary of Doris Mae Goshy

Doris Mae Goshy, née Medzius, age 92 of Rockledge, Florida passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019. She was born on February 21, 1927 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Joseph Nicholas and Mary Catherine Muller Medzius, both who have preceded her in death. Doris graduated from North Hills High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She continued her education and became a Radiology Technician. She was an avid painter and loved playing the piano. She was married to Allyn Nicholas Goshy for 60 years, until his death in 2014. She is survived by her loving children, Marianne Goshy (married to Valter Zarenczanski), Allyn Nicholas Goshy, Jr. and John Joseph Goshy; five grandchildren, Jason Taylor, Elizabeth Taylor Laska, Allyn Nicholas Goshy III, Aaron Zarenczanski and Matthew Allyn Meier; and great grandchildren Jackson and Lucy Taylor and Brynlee Laska. Doris was preceded in death by her husband Allyn; son, Mark Goshy and daughter, Katheryn Meier.
