Obituary of Margaret Lee Kennedy

Margaret Lee Kennedy, 94, passed away Sunday morning, January 1, 2017, at SALUS Assisted Living in Indian Harbor Beach, FL. She was born in Steubenville, KY and moved to Florida in 1978, coming from Monticello, KY. Before retirement, she and husband, Kenneth, owned and operated Kennedys' Clothing Stores in Monticello and Albany, KY for 30 years, later opening Kennedys' Clothing Store in Vero Beach with their daughter. Margaret was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Monticello, KY. Survivors include her daughter, Lois Anne Kennedy of Indialantic, FL; grandchildren, Heather Hanson and her husband Sean of Davidson, NC; Rebecca Carter and her husband Geoff of Melbourne Beach, FL; and five great grandchildren. n lieu of flowers those who wish may make donations to Hospice of St. Francis, 1250 Grumman Place, Titusville, FL 32780 or hosfcf.org in memory of Margaret.
