Obituary of Jean Lorraine Smith

Jean Lorraine Smith, age 81, of Lake City, Florida passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019 at Lake City Care Center. Jean was born in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania on November 29, 1937 to the late Frank and Sarah (Hall) Adams. She leaves behind many mourning her passing, including her son Kenneth Smith; daughter Lori Smith; son Stephen Smith; grandchildren Jason Hess, Aaron Hess, Dane Smith, Rhiannon Stanton, Rachel Smith, Miranda Smith and Danielle Smith; great grandchildren Lillian Smith, Landon Smith and Annabelle Hess and sister Elaine Wiley. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
