Obituary of Jackie Howard Hayden

Jackie Howard Hayden, 69, passed away peacefully Monday, January 15, 2018 in Palm Bay, Florida. Jack was born in Massillon, Ohio March 12, 1949. He was the son of Leonard and June Hayden. Jack served in Vietnam from1969-1970 where he received the Bronze Star Medal, as well as the Army Commendation Medal. Jack is survived by his siblings Jill (Hayden) Korst of Dade City, Florida; Jimmy Hayden of Jasper, Texas and Judy (Hayden) Myers of Carrollton, Ohio. Jack was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Jo Ann Ford. A memorial service is scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Ammen Family Cremation & Funeral Care, 950 Malabar Road SE Palm Bay, Florida.
