Obituary of Sylvia Evelyn McPherson

Sylvia Evelyn (Kerr) McPherson, 85, died on Friday, March 20, 2015, peacefully in her home in Suntree. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on May 29, 1929. She moved to FL in 1973 from NJ with her husband, William Laurence McPherson, who predeceased her. She was a homemaker and a devoted U.S. AirForce wife. Sylvia was an active member of the Suntree United Methodist Church and member of the Red Hats. She was a loving and devoted mother to Gary McPherson of Independence, MO; daughter, Joy Layton; grandson, Chris Morrow and his son, Samuel from MO; granddaughter, Adel Flint and her daughters, Danielle, Sarah and Emily from Mays Landing, NJ.
