Obituary of Florence Feldman Shapiro

Florence Feldman Shapiro, 83, passed Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at William Childs Hospice House, Palm Bay. Born in Youngstown, Ohio she moved to Florida in 1988 with her late husband, Paul B. Shapiro. Florence was a member of Temple Israel of Brevard, Hadassah, and the Space Coast Jazz Society. She was a realtor, enjoyed volunteering and spending time with her family. Her family includes her son, Stewart D. Shapiro and his wife, Beverly Roseman-Shapiro of Bexley, OH; son, Lance I. Shapiro and his wife, Joyce Shapiro of Palm Bay; son, Jon Harris-Shapiro and his wife Rabbi Carol Harris-Shapiro of Elkins Park, PA; brother, Sheldon Feldman and his wife, Natalie; her beloved grandchildren, Rachel Safran and her husband, Zev Safran, Erik Shapiro, Yonah Shapiro, David Shapiro, Aviva Shapiro and Aryeh Harris-Shapiro; and her great granddaughter, Maytal Daniella Safran.Services will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 Hickory Street, Melbourne.
