Obituary of Frank H. Rhodes

Frank H. Rhodes, 72, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 14, 2019. A Vietnam War Veteran he went into the Army, June of 1966, at the young age of 20 receiving several medals along with the Good Conduct Medal. He worked in logistics for McDonnell Douglas Aircraft then moved on to Boeing and the NASA program before retiring. His passion for life showed in the many things he did outside of work as in photography, racquetball, hiking, sports and hot sauce. He enjoyed the wildlife of snakes, alligators and cactus. A loving and devoted father, his family includes his son, Steven Rhodes and his wife, Christine; daughters, Gail Crain and Karen Lloyd; grandchildren, Jake, Savannah, Anthony and Christopher. Donations may be made to Hospice of St. Francis or the Parkinson’s Foundation.
